The Island Pond Historical Society Museum was officially opened August 6, 2018.
The museum is open each summer. Hours are Saturdays 11am - 1pm from the last Saturday in May to the first Saturday in October and at other times of the year by appointment only for members, academics, researchers, and for organized visits.
The Island Pond Historical Society Museum is staffed by volunteers and relies on donations. It is located at 126 Cross Street in the village of Island Pond, Vermont.



There are semi-permanent displays of photographs, railroad memorabilia, 19th-century clothing and uniforms, lumbering tools, local newspapers, Masonic, Knights of Columbus and Odd Fellows memorabilia.
The Museum is staffed entirely by volunteers and is open Saturdays 11am - 1pm May to October, and by appointment only. The museum closes for the season the last Saturday in October.
